Preferred Pricing Example Profit With Billing Software Vendors

As an example a 5 provider practice comes to us provide an electronic Billing software solution for their expanding Multi-Specialty Practice. We present a solution we know will be easy to utilize by their internal billing staff and is a quick turn-around. The practice pays a total setup fee of $2,200 for training and initial setup and a monthly fee of $225 per provider. Our cost for the setup totals $750 and the monthly cost from the software company is $150 per provider. We profit $1,450 from the setup and an additional $375 per month. Our first year’s income is $5,950 and best of all once the solution is sold we’re typically only in touch with them (just touching base) 3-4 times per year!
